Building Blocks of Success: The resilience of True Blue Maids of Pasadena California. An interview with Bold Journey.

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Lynette Haugen. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Lynette below.

Hi Lynette, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?Resilience has played an essential part in the success of our mom-and-pop shop. Our family has learned to turn mistakes into opportunities. We focus on customer service and reliability rather than on immediate growth. We are also committed to our employees and invest significantly more time in training than most house-cleaning businesses. We take care of our employees so they can care for our customers.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?True Blue Maids has been voted the best house cleaning service in the Pasadena Weekly for eight years in a row. We are successful because we deliver an exceptional service. When you choose us, you’re not just a number – I handle all inquiries, bookings, and feedback, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience from start to finish. Look out for our pink Volvo around town!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?1. Don’t give up 2. Don’t give up 3. Don’t give up

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?My employees are the lifeblood of our company. They are the reason we are successful.
